Cynthia Hudson
Cynthia A. Hudson founded HudsonAnalytix, originally Hudson Maritime Services LTD, in 1986 to provide emergency response, project management, and consulting services to the maritime transportation sector. For nearly four decades as CEO, Cynthia has led Hudson as it has expanded to become an industry leader in OPA 90 and other environmental regulatory compliance, claims and medical management, security compliance and risk management, and cyber risk management, as well as port modernization and digital solutions.

Capt. Marc Smith
Marc Smith, Lic. Master Unlimited Oceans, serves as HudsonAnalytix’s COO, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading long-term strategic initiatives. Marc’s 39 years of experience in commercial shipping has strengthened the unique perspective and depth of diverse knowledge and expertise that the Hudson team leverages to provide clients with the highest quality of maritime risk solutions.

Timothy Gerland
Timothy Gerland, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, joined Hudson in 1992 and progressed to OPA 90 Compliance Manager. In 1996, he moved to Hudson’s office in Oslo, Norway, collaborating on OPA 90 compliance with European based vessel owner/operators. After returning to the U.S. in 2003, he assumed the role of Vice President at Hudson Marine Management Services in 2011, where he oversees multiple programs, including QI and SMT services, vessel attendance and support, plan writing, compliance services, and training programs for OPA 90 and maritime operations.

Max Bobys
Max Bobys serves as Vice President of HudsonCyber, drawing on 20+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, cybersecurity transformation, and integrated security systems. In this role, he leads the delivery of the award-winning CyberLogix decision-support program, assisting cyber insurers, shipping companies, ports, and maritime supply chain stakeholders in implementing sustainable cybersecurity programs. He has advised governments, insurers, ENISA, and the OAS on maritime cybersecurity, has co-authored cybersecurity best practices for ports, and is a regular contributor to industry journals. He has lectured at the US Naval War College and Chatham House, and currently serves on multiple committees with the AAPA and IAPH.

Troy Vest, Captain, USCG (ret.)
Troy Vest serves as Vice President of HudsonTrident, spearheading services related to security, risk resiliency, and business continuity. Prior to Hudson, Troy’s career in the U.S. Coast Guard centered on security, intelligence, and incident response. Troy holds certifications in Project Management, ASIS security management, and DRII Business Continuity.
VP of HudsonDynamix, Global Policy and Trade
Andrew Baskin, Esq.
Andrew Baskin serves as Vice President of HudsonDynamix, Global Policy and Trade as well as General Counsel. Andrew leads the firm’s port modernization and digitalization practice and oversees the firm’s engagement in Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, Andrew directs projects related to port digitalization, legal and regulatory frameworks, operations and governance, environmental policy, and supply chain security. Before joining HudsonAnalytix, Andrew held positions at the United States Maritime Administration (MARAD), where he led the agency’s engagement in the Western Hemisphere and Europe.

Deborah Stabile
Deborah Stabile leads HudsonTactix as the Senior Claims Manager. She is responsible for the department’s day-to-day operations and managing all tasks and aspects related to crew medical management, bill review, and First Call. Deborah has 20 successful years of experience in the maritime industry with expertise in vessel services, personal injury claims, emergency response, and overseeing plan writing and compliance services. In 2010, she joined the OSRO Management team responsible for onshore operations during the MC252 BP Oil Spill, where she managed contractors and assisted with procurement and data analysis to right-size operations.

Richard Schulke
Rick Schulke has participated in Hudson’s technical, security, and claims divisions. He is currently responsible for P&I vessel/cargo claims as well as assisting with the crew medical management, bill review, and First Call program. A 1984 Kings Point graduate, Rick is a seasoned maritime consultant whose experience includes working at a classification society, with Greek shipowners, and for his own maritime consultancy.

Konstantinos Glykos
Konstantinos Glykos, a Naval Architect & Marine Engineer, leads HudsonHellas, the HudsonAnalytix branch office in Piraeus, Greece. He monitors and supports the activities of our European based clients. He also executes Hudson’s strategic, business, and sales planning as directed from head office and supports multiple programs, including QI and SMT services, vessel attendance and support, plan writing, compliance services, and training programs for OPA 90 and maritime operations. Konstantinos has held various positions within Greek maritime consulting companies.
