Average Most Probable Discharge (AMPD)

The Average Most Probable Discharge (AMPD), defined in OPA 90 regulations as a spill of 50 barrels or less at the point of transfer, requires spill response assets to be on scene within certain time limits. To meet the time requirements, it may be necessary for response equipment to be notified and on standby depending upon the transfer location.  HudsonAnalytix can facilitate the arrangement of AMPD coverage.
